Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

* Be unused and in their original condition.
* Include all original packaging and tags.
* Show no signs of wear, washing or damage.

Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your payment provider.
